Who controls the data
Premium ADV operates GlobeWebcams and is the controller for personal data processed directly for this website. You can contact us through the Contact page.
What we process
- Website and security data. Our hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser or user-agent information, referrer, and security events where needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.
- Analytics data. GlobeWebcams currently uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page views, acquisition, device/browser categories, approximate geography, and interactions such as opening webcams, using filters, search, and outbound source clicks. Our current GA4 measurement ID is
G-0JN7ESYGQJ. - Contact data. If you contact us by email, we process the email address, message content, and related correspondence needed to respond and keep appropriate records.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is provided by Google. Analytics can use cookies or similar technologies and receives information about how the website is used. Google states that for users in the EEA, Switzerland, and the UK, Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses and uses IP information only to derive coarse geolocation before discarding it.

Advertising and Google AdSense
GlobeWebcams may use Google AdSense or other Google advertising products in the future. When advertising tags are enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, device information, ad identifiers where available, and interaction data to deliver, limit, measure, secure, and, where permitted, personalize advertising.
Before using Google publisher advertising products for users in regions where consent is required, we intend to deploy an appropriate consent management platform (CMP), including the Google-certified CMP requirements applicable to AdSense in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland. The consent interface will then control the relevant advertising and measurement consent signals.

Purposes and legal bases
Depending on the processing and applicable law, we process data to operate and secure the website, diagnose faults, answer requests, understand service usage, and support advertising. The applicable legal basis may include our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, steps needed to answer a request, and consent where consent is legally required for cookies, analytics, advertising, or personalization.
Recipients and international processing
Data may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, security, analytics, email, and advertising. Google and other providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence and use the safeguards described in their own privacy documentation. When you follow a link to a webcam provider, that provider's own privacy practices apply to your visit.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, security and troubleshooting, correspondence, legal obligations, or dispute handling. Analytics retention follows the settings configured for our Google Analytics property and Google's applicable service rules. We do not state a fixed period here where a provider or operational setting can change independently of this page.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Children
GlobeWebcams is a general information service and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children through account registration or user profiles.
