Terms and conditions for the free GlobeWebcams webcam discovery service.

These terms apply to the free GlobeWebcams service operated by Premium ADV. By using GlobeWebcams, you agree to use the service subject to these terms and applicable law.
Free informational service
GlobeWebcams is provided free of charge as a discovery and informational service. It organizes links, metadata, locations, current images, and other information obtained from public, licensed, authorized, or provider-controlled sources. GlobeWebcams is not the operator of the underlying third-party cameras unless expressly stated otherwise.
No guarantee of accuracy or availability
We aim to keep the service useful and current, but we do not guarantee that any webcam, image, location, status, category, description, source information, or other data is complete, accurate, current, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose. Cameras may be offline, delayed, stale, moved, mislabelled, unavailable, or changed by their providers without notice.
Do not rely on GlobeWebcams for safety-critical, emergency, aviation, navigation, traffic-control, weather-warning, flood, volcanic, law-enforcement, or other operational decisions. Use the relevant official authority or original source for decisions that may affect health, safety, property, or legal obligations.
Service interruptions and data loss
The service may be changed, suspended, interrupted, degraded, or discontinued at any time. Server failures, network outages, software defects, security incidents, maintenance, provider changes, third-party failures, or other technical events may make the site or some information unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of a particular page, or preservation of temporary or derived data.
Third-party services and content
Webcam imagery, streams, APIs, maps, geographic data, and external websites may be supplied by third parties. Their terms, licenses, privacy practices, availability, and technical behavior are outside our control. Attribution and source links are provided where applicable. A link or listing does not imply endorsement by Premium ADV.
Where GlobeWebcams uses National Park Service or other U.S. Government data, the government source is identified for attribution only. GlobeWebcams is not endorsed, certified, sponsored, or operated by the National Park Service, the U.S. Department of the Interior, or the U.S. Government, and protected government logos or insignia are not used to imply affiliation.
Intellectual property and source rights
GlobeWebcams' original site design, software, organization, and original text are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party webcam imagery and data remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners or providers. If you believe material is listed or used incorrectly, contact us through the Contact page.
Acceptable use
You may use the public site for normal personal or business browsing. You must not intentionally disrupt the service, bypass technical restrictions, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, overload the infrastructure, impersonate the service, or use GlobeWebcams in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premium ADV is not liable for losses arising from reliance on inaccurate or outdated information, unavailable or malfunctioning cameras, loss of data, server or network failures, interruption of the service, third-party content or services, or other failures of this free service. Where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, these terms do not exclude or limit that mandatory liability or any mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and termination
We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features, sources, pages, or the service itself. We may also update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The revision date above identifies the current version.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without limiting any mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that applicable law grants to consumers or other users.
